Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving the goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in the same condition as when received, must not be used, and must be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at office@bagyu.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Szymanowskiego 22B, 73-110 Stargard, Poland.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns must be sent at your own expense. Items sent to us without prior return notification will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Warranty for Defects
If a product is found to be defective, you have the right to make a warranty claim. Under the warranty, you can request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or — in case of a significant defect — withdrawal from the contract. The claim should be submitted to the Seller with a description of the defect and, if possible, proof of purchase. The Seller will process the claim within 14 days of receipt. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the delivery of the goods.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase of a new item once the return is accepted.

14-day Withdrawal Period in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, must not be used, must include tags, and be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and provide information about approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may also require some time to process the refund.
