Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, preorder, or “try before you buy” option. The cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of orders.

Preorder
When you make a preorder purchase, you are buying a product that is out of stock or will soon be available but is not yet in stock. We may not charge any payment or may take a partial deposit at the time of purchase, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining amount at a later date.

You can cancel a partially paid preorder that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you may request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our return policy for more information about product returns and refunds.
